Payment terms.
Orders placed on-line can be paid for with a credit card, we accept VISA, Master Card and American Express. As a rule, nothing is charged to your card until the merchandise is shipped.
Many of our items are custom made or imprinted or purchased in large quantities. For orders over $5000.00, with time allowing for a credit search, we can accept a 50% deposit with your order and the remainder due on delivery.
For frequent purchasers, with a sales volume of at least $2500.00 per month we can offer net 10 day terms with proper credit information on file.

Return policy.
General merchandise items purchased on-line may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a re-stocking fee of 20%, providing the merchandise is returned in original packaging and in new condition. Contact us to receive return authorization sales@flsbanners.com include your name, address and invoice number.
Custom made or printed items may not be returned except in the case of manufacturing or materials defects. In that case we will replace or repair the items as necessary in the shortest time possible.

Delivery time
General merchandise items listed in the shopping cart are normally in stock and ship within 24 hours. In many cases if the order is received in the morning the item will ship the same day.

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Free Lance Sales, LTD reserves the right to modify pricing for custom printed items based upon review of the design and files submitted for production.
