| Banners for longer term out door useage, ( 90 days to a year
or beyond), are usually made of reinforced vinyl. For shorter terms we make
polyethlene (poly) banners in 8 and 10 mil weights. Banner
price request form, Banner finishing
options. |

| The vinyl banner above is 3'
X 20', vinyl is great for temporary signage. |
Reinforced vinyl
stands up to the elements. While there are some colors available in vinyl,
we generally find it is easier to print a background color when one is required.
St. Croix rods is an example of four spot colors, size
is 3' X 10'.
The Remington banner is 4' X 6' and is an example of our
digital printing. This is a good way to print full color banners in small
quantities.
Vinyl is also very good for fabricating large sizes because of its strength.
The material is actually two layers of PVC film which sandwich a polyester
scrim. This results in a material that has the ability to remain flexible
even in temperature extremes, yet is strong because of the fabric inside. |

Poly banner film is a cheaper alternative to reinforced
vinyl. It is OK for short term usage outside, very good for inside. It can
be used for small to large banners. You see a lot of the quick promotional
banners printed on this material. The Captain Morgan banner (left), is four
color process on poly, for indoor use, trimmed to size with 4 grommets,
size is 3' X 5'.
