Preliminaries

Our table covers are fully machine washable and dryable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with any synthetic detergent (Tide, etc.). Tumble dry on low heat. Remove from the dryer quickly after the cycle and hang or put on a table to keep wrinkles at bay.

Unlike a screen print where the ink is printed on top of the fabric, dye-sublimation is a printing process in which the color is dyed directly into the fabric. This means that the artwork will never chip, crack, or peel.

Most orders will be ready to ship after 3 days of production, starting the day after your payment is received and the art proof is approved.  Larger quantities may require more production time. We ship from our headquarters in Sturgeon Bay, WI.  The transit time depends on where we are shipping to.  If you have a specific in-hand date you need your items by, please reach out to our friendly and knowledgeable customer service agents and we will work diligently to ensure your date is met.

Both types of fabrics are knit polyester and are basically identical. The main difference is that the Fire Retardant Knit Polyester has been tested for fire retardancy. Some municipalities require FR fabric to be used at events. When you choose the fire retardant option, we can send you a copy of the FR certification upon request.

While no fabric should be marketed as 100% wrinkle-free, we use a knit polyester material in part because it is so forgiving when it comes to wrinkles. We claim our material is very wrinkle-resistant.  Similar to a garment made from polyester, it may be wrinkled when it is laundered, but once it is displayed on a table or hung up to dry, most wrinkles will naturally come out on their own.  For storage, we always recommend rolling it up and storing it in one of our carry bags.

The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a color standardization system that helps in color identification and matching. It uses the Pantone numbering system to identify colors, and through this numbering system printers can match colors without having to contact one another.

We match to "COATED" Pantone numbers (PMS 123C for example) and can achieve an industry-standard acceptable color match for most coated Pantone numbers with a few exceptions. Neon and Metallic colors are not achievable using our print process. If the color match is CRUCIAL, for a small fee we can print a swatch of your custom color to review and approve prior to production.

Our flags read correctly on the printed side and have a mirrored image on the reverse side. This is the industry standard for custom-printed flags.

The life span of your flag depends entirely on the conditions it is flown in.  We recommend not flying the flag during especially high winds or other inclement weather.  A flag that is taken down at night or during bad weather will last significantly longer than a flag that is displayed outdoors 24/7.
