Return Policy

Inspection of Received Goods

We recommend the customer inspect their goods upon receipt. All claims in respect of work or the quality or quantity thereof shall be made in writing within 5 days of receipt by Buyer. In the absence of such a claim, the work shall be deemed to have been received, checked and accepted as fully complying with Buyer’s specifications.


Concerns must be submitted in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods. No warranty will apply if the customer fails to observe instructions for care and assembly, or if the customer has processed the goods or otherwise taken them into operation. All returns must be authorized by an FLS representative and an RMA number must be obtained. We reserve the right to either repair or replace at Seller’s cost or Seller will refund the purchase price or give Buyer a reasonable allowance thereof within 30 days.
Custom printed materials may not be returned. A re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned, undamaged hardware.
