Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3 business days from approval of your proof (Mon-Fri). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please check the transit time map to estimate the transit time from our facility to you. Please note you cannot count the day the order is shipped when calculating transit time. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  Please contact us if an event deadline is needed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we make every effort to provide accurate rates. However do the numerous possible configurations and volumes we reserve the right to modify shipping charges. In the event a modification is necessary we will contact you to inform you of the change. Your order will not be shipped until you have the opportunity to confirm any changes.

* Overnight and 2nd Day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

FLS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

FLS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
